Overview: Practices are experiencing declining profits on their PPA drugs reimbursements. The reasons can often be hard to identify, which makes it difficult to know what to do. During this introductory talk Richard Hole from Ash Lane Consulting, will explain some of the steps practices can take to make an immediate improvement. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions about any aspect of the FP34 claims process, what can be claimed, and how this results in a PCSE Drugs payment.
Note: The talk is based on the processes followed in England. The principles and overall approach are similar in the devolved nations, but there are aspects that will be different.
