5. DISCLOSURES OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We may have to share your personal data with the parties set out below for the purposes set out in the table in section 4.

  • Internal Third Parties: other members of our group, which means our connected companies as defined at the start of this policy acting as joint controllers or processors and who are based in the UK and provide IT and system administration services or provide complimentary services.
  • External Third Parties: including the following:
    • Service providers acting as processors based in the UK who provide IT and system administration services.
    • Professional advisers including lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers who provide consultancy, compliance, banking, legal, insurance and accounting services. All providers will be based in the United Kingdom, unless we are required to use the services of an overseas party during the performance of our contract with you and we will act on your specific instructions before appointment.
    • HM Revenue & Customs, regulators and other authorities based in the United Kingdom.
    • Compliance professionals from our professional or licensing bodies i.e. the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales or the Financial Conduct Authority.
    • Third parties to whom we may choose to sell, transfer, or merge parts of our business or our assets. Alternatively, we may seek to acquire other businesses or merge with them. If a change happens to our business, then the new owners may use your personal data in the same way as set out in this privacy policy.
    • To fulfil our obligations in respect of prevention of money-laundering and other financial crime, we may send your details to third party agencies for identity verification purposes

We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
