Dodd & Co is a progressive Cumbria based firm of Accountants and Business advisors with clients throughout the UK.   

Continuing demand for payroll support has resulted in an exciting opportunity for an experienced payroll specialist to join our team.

With your payroll "know how" you will be responsible for looking after all aspects of our clients' payroll, providing a friendly and efficient service tailored to their needs.

Working with small family businesses up to large group companies with hundreds of employees the work is varied, interesting and, at times, challenging.

As well as good all-round technical ability and experience in payroll (including statutory benefits, year-end processes, and online submissions to HMRC), you must work effectively under pressure and be able to meet deadlines.

You will be confident in liaising with both clients and HMRC; a key part of the job requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills and work well as part of our growing team.

This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.
