Opening TeamViewer in Internet Explorer

• When prompted click Run

Opening TeamViewer in Mozilla FireFox

• Click Save File when prompted

• You now need to go to your download section on the FireFox toolbar

• Click on the TeamViewerQS.exe link then click Run when prompted

Opening TeamViewer in Google Chrome

• After downloading, click on the TeamViewerQS.exe link at the bottom left of the Chrome window

• Click Run when prompted

TeamViewer should then automatically open as below. 

Please tell your support operative Your ID and Password to start the remote support session.
