Joining Dodd & Co in 2010, Nicky is CIPD qualified (Level 7) and specialises in human resource management, health and safety and is also one of our Mental Health First Aiders.
Nicky provides all staff inductions and ensures staff are fully settled and supported throughout their careers with the firm.
In her spare time Nicky loves nothing more than relaxing in the sunshine on holiday and also enjoys a city break exploring historic sites at home or abroad. She likes to have a go at all sorts of art (watercolour is the current favourite) and crafts and enjoys pottering in the garden.
