Lisa joined Dodd & Co in 2009 after graduating from The University of Edinburgh with a Business Studies & Accounting degree, having previously worked at Dodds during her summer holidays from university. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2012 and now manages a portfolio of farming clients.
Specialising in the farming industry, Lisa works with a range of clients from family businesses to large farming joint ventures. She works closely with clients to implement new business structures to minimise their tax liabilities as well as advising on accounts and other general business queries.
Lisa spends most of her free time working alongside her husband on their dairy farm just outside Dumfries. After growing up on her family's farm she thought she had managed to successfully escape from calf feeding for an office job but not anymore!
