Joining Dodd & Co in 1998 and now Tax Partner, Dean has overall responsibility for the provision of tax services to our business clients, ranging from small husband & wife businesses to large Plcs.
Previously, he worked for 10 years with Ernst & Young in their London and Newcastle offices and qualified both as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser.
Dean specialises in providing tax planning advice to owner-managed and family businesses and has over 30 years of experience in corporate tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax, income tax and stamp duty planning. He also has responsibility for the provision of payroll services to our business clients.
A keen cricket enthusiast, when he’s not calculating taxes, you’ll find Dean on the cricket pitch (or in the clubhouse!)
